EDUR multiphase pumps are used in a sewage treatment factory for large printing and dyeing enterprise in Guangzhou. With highly efficient capacity of dissolved ozone gas, EDUR pumps product high concentration ozone water to solve the discoloration problem of printing and dyeing wastewater.

The printing and dyeing wastewater flow is about 2500m³/d, after physicochemical and biochemical treatment, the discharge water chromaticity is about 145 times, then through EDUR pump to bring into the ozone gas, with emissions and recycling pressure for 1 minutes after the advanced oxidation reaction in the outlet pipe of the pump, the discharge water chromaticity is ≤16 times. No need to use a large volume of reactor or the reaction tank, it save the land cover and investment costs. Re-use of discharge water can reduce the production and operation costs.
